About Seth

Born and raised in South Dakota with his three siblings, Seth grew up in Beresford. He spent his time helping his dad on the farm and fell in love with sports and the outdoors. His mother also taught him commitment to helping others as a nurse with Sanford for over 30 years. He also took part in school activities, 4H, and Future Farmers of America. 

Throughout high school Seth had many different jobs and he had the pleasure of starting his own company as Weiland lawn service.

After high school, Seth took courses related to business and agriculture at USD and SDSU. His company kept him too busy to complete studies that he was already learning on his own. 

Seth loves this country and all who serve to keep it healthy, safe, and thriving. He enjoys traveling through Travelin’ Sunshine Travel Agency. He’s been on some great vacations to Yellowstone, Arches, Zion, Grand Canyon, Florida Keys, and Playa Del Carmen to name a few.

Why real estate then? In addition to being an Auctioneer, Seth is a real estate broker as well.  The reason is, under all there is the land. Seth wants to do his part to help others in preserving, procuring, and maintaining this country’s most fundamental resource.
